Please check your email for the link to download your preferred DIFFUSION audio file. You will have the choice of either an Apple-compatible (lossless file; smaller file) or non-Apple compatible (Windows or Android; larger file).
A reminder to use the file as downloaded – DO NOT convert to mp3 or other compressed format. Instead, listen to the tones directly from the downloaded file. Conversion to MP3 or other lossy/compressed formats eliminates important higher overtones recorded on the DIFFUSION audio tool. For the same reason, DO NOT use noise-cancelling headphones or ear buds.
