As I read “Mirror Mirror, Tell Me Who I Am”, there is so much more depth than a simple walk in the woods with a stranger and dogs. We learn how individuals are on a quest to learn who we really are. I know I must read the book again, possibly many times. It is about recognizing thoughts, feelings and emotions, adaptation to change, restoring balance in all aspects of life, how we’re affected by the paradigm of scarcity, what truly defines us & mindfully restoring balance in all aspects of life. SO much to think about!
